Dyvekegangen is officially a street, but maybe it is more correct to call it a alley, lane or a narrow passage. The street is 99 cm wide.

Dyvekegangen is named after Dyveke Sigbritsdatter (died in 1517). No house numbers in this passageway.

The street is located in the center of Bergen, next to the famous fish market. In this street you also find the popular Dyveke’s wine cellar.

The widest street in Bergen is 16 meters wide, named Christiesgate.

Norwegian name: Smaleste gate i Bergen – Dyvekegangen.
