The shortest street in Bergen is named Bekketomten and the street is 18 meters long. The street has it’s name from 1887.

Located at Nordnes in the center of Bergen, a one way street south east from Hellandsgaarden to Nagelgaarden.

Bekk = brooklet
Tomt = site

The street og it’s name because a brooklet ran over the site. Easy and simple street naming in the words.

Another short street is Bryggesporen, located next to the famous fish market. Only one house has this address.

This street is close to the famous Aquarium in Bergen.
