Norway Bergen Apartments - Nordnes Apartment, the bedroom at first floor

Welcome to Nordnes apartment
Rooms for rent in the city center. We are a Norwegian family renting out parts of our house for short and long term stay in Bergen. We have done this for c. 3 years and are pleased to welcome guests from all over the world. We have rooms for 1-6 persons in a 120 years old and traditional Bergen house. Our family lives in the house our self, but the rooms that you can rent are clearly separated. Nordnes apartment is not luxurious, but covers most basic needs. It is suitable for tourists who want to live very central, not so expensive, in a charming and quiet street/living area in the old part of Bergen.

Our rooms – 3 options:
FIRST FLOOR has one bedroom with a double bed and one living room with a double sleeping sofa. First floor has then beds for 1-4 persons. The separate kitchen and bathroom is shared with ground floor.

GROUND FLOOR has one double bed, so here can 1-2 persons stay. The room has a separate kitchen and bathroom witch is shared with first floor.

FIRST AND GROUND FLOOR has all together beds for up to 6 persons. This option is used by many families. Then you also have the kitchen and the bathroom for yourself.

First and ground floor is divided by a small step.

Cleaning etc.
Towels, bed linen, TV, wireless internet is included. We don’t serve breakfast, but you can make your meals in the kitchen, and it is only 3 min walk to the nearest supermarket.

Cleaning on the day of departure is included in the rent. We do not normally clean the rooms during your stay. But we will clean the bathroom every day for guests on short stay (1 week or less).

Prices 2013
April, May, June, July, August & September:
Ground floor: NOK 700 pr night
First Floor: NOK 900 pr night
First & ground floor: NOK 1400 pr night

October and March:
Ground floor: NOK 600 pr night
First Floor: NOK 800 pr night
First & ground floor: NOK 1200 pr night

November and February:
Ground floor: NOK 500 pr night
First Floor: NOK 700 pr night
First & ground floor: NOK 1000 pr night

December and January:
Ground floor: NOK 300 pr night
First Floor: NOK 500 pr night
First & ground floor: NOK 700 pr night

How can you book?

We need to know as soon as possible if you want to make a booking, because the rooms will go to the first guest who book them. For April-September the rooms will be booked quite quick. There is always a shortage of rooms in Bergen in the summer time. Please send us your phone number and the time you arrive (then you know it). I will send you an email to confirm your booking. You don’t pay in advance (deposit), but then you arrive and have seen the rooms.
