Aroma restaurant and bar is a restaurant and bar which focuses on the exotic and rather unknown within food and drinks. The goal with the restaurant was to make a centre for good quality, adventure and service. This we think we have managed well. Our premises are simple and interesting. We have chosen to use local designers on interior and decoration. The restaurant is meant as a folksy place which anyone can visit. Informal, easy and elegant.

Aromas philosophy is simple: The most important is to have fresh raw materials. And the best raw materials we get locally. The art is to find the best, the classical as well as the unknown. Afterwards we prepare them, with one goal: it should taste fantastic.
