(Askoy Municipality) A beautiful resort by the sea, peaceful yet comfortable and convenient. On the island Askoy lies Hanevik, 27 km outside Bergen, a peaceful community by the fjord.

In a yard surrounded by 5 houses and a boathouse, two of them are for rent for shorter periods, minimum 3 nights.

The Annex is totally renovated spring 2005,and contains same practical facilities as the Icehouse. The house is small, but practically fitted. There are two comfortable beds in the loft, and 2 beds on a sleeping coach in the living room.

The Icehouse (blue house on main picture) contains living room, kitchen, bedroom on the loft, bathroom. It was renovated spring 2007 and contains new bathroom and kitchen containing built in electric stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, internet access. There are bedrooms with two comfortable beds in each and 2 beds on a sleeping coach in the living room.
Living room with fireplace, TV and a beautiful view in all kinds of weather. All floors water heated.
A rowing boat with outboard engine is at disposal, fishing equipment on request.
Extra mattresses on request.
Parking at the property, small beach at 150 m distance, forest terrain with many solitary tracks, and the town of Bergen about half an hours drive away.
