Bryggeloftet & Stuene is a popular choice for all occasions whether it is a light lunch or a large dinner party. The restaurant can offer an extensive menu with a wide choice of fish and game dishes based on Norwegian traditions.
Our many regular customers have their own favourites:
Every Thursday (except during the holiday season) we offer Saltkjøtt & Raspeballer (traditional Norwegian dinner) and this has become a welcomed afternoon diversion for many of Bergen’s inhabitants.
Our Lutefisk has become a tradition for a large number of locals and nothing is more rewarding than guests showing their appreciation by booking for the next Lutefisk party.
Fresh cod is one of our big hits in the New Year and it is not a coincident that our variety has many followers in Bergen.
Other preferred favourites: Fillet of Wolfish, Peppered steak of the House, Grilled Fillet of Reindeer with a creamy wild game sauce and, not to forget, our Seafood Salad or Crowded Prawns served on Country bread
